  • What types of properties do you manage?
    We specialize in managing single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and small multi-family properties throughout the greater Twin Cities metro area.
  • How do you communicate with property owners?
    Your dedicated property manager is your primary point of contact and will keep you updated on your property. You’ll also have access to an online owner portal where you can view financial statements, maintenance requests, and important documents anytime.
  • How do you find tenants for my property?
    We market your property on all major rental sites and use professional photos and listings to attract tenants. Every applicant goes through a thorough screening process, which includes income verification, credit check, criminal background check, and rental history verification.
  • How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
    We coordinate all maintenance using trusted vendors, and we pass along the costs directly to you with no markup. This means you pay exactly what the vendor charges. Most other companies add 10% to 15% surcharge on top of all maintenance bills.
  • Will I have a dedicated property manager?
    Yes! You will be assigned one dedicated property manager who knows your area and your property. This person will be your direct contact at all times.
  • Can you help if my tenant needs to be evicted?
    Yes. In the rare case that eviction is necessary, we handle the entire process for you, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • How do you ensure rent is paid on time?
    We offer tenants an easy online payment system, and we enforce clear policies regarding rent deadlines and late fees. Our thorough screening process helps us select responsible tenants.
  • What happens if my tenant pays rent late?
    If your tenant pays late and incurs a late fee, 100% of that late fee is passed directly to you, the property owner. Most other companies will KEEP your late fees for themselves.
  • How do you screen tenants?
    All applicants undergo our thorough screening process, which includes income verification, credit check, background check, and rental history review.
  • What are your income requirements for tenants?
    We require tenants to have a monthly income of at least 3 times the rent. We also review employment history to ensure stable income.
